Story One ----------------------------------------------- Story Two In your opinion were either of these situations justified? Was it Mercy or Murder?

The only one i've gotten into too much is the one on terri schiavo. I think it was a good think to take out the feeding tube. I know it is against a lot of peoples religious beliefs. But I don't see it as killing her. It's letting her die. If they would have never put in the tube she would have died 15 years ago. There was no chance of her recovering, she was just going to lay there with no brain activity untill her body died. I think thats just sad. How long would you want to lay in a bed? Ha. One part that I thought was horriable was when her husband was asked (because he wanted the tube removed) if he thought about how horriable it would be for her to die of starvation. And he goes "she wont die of starvation" and goes on to name everything thats going to happen to her. he pretty just broke down what exactly happens when you die of starvation. i guess he just doesnt like the word. because thats a horriable way to die.
what do you guys think?
