Gildrad walked along the trail, stopping every so often and observing the trees. Whenever the dragon passed it broke so many branches with the wind it generated from its massive wings. He continued on holding his horse behind him. Suddenly he heard a noise, it sounded like footsteps from behind. He jumped into some nearby bushes and put an arrow in his longbow. He saw the one called sorenske form the tavern, but why was he running out here? He prepared to fire, but hesitated. A warning would bebetter, and he was well enough with camoflauge that he would be found.....easily.
"Who are ye and what is your purpose!"

sanoske thinking to himself," damn twig." I put my hand on the handle of the dagger while crouching and walking slowly twards the voice that called out to me. then I stop and crouch realy low almost sitting on the ground I respond," My name is Sanoske, my pourpose? well I have no pourpose. Although I would like to kill a dragon or two." Right in front of me there is a big tree with several leaves above and I pull out 2 daggers and then I stab the tree with both of the daggers and climb up to a high branch. watching the Knight from above but not able to be seen. I remove the dagger's from the tree and just sit there waiting for a response.

His disguise had worked, and senoske ws going immeadietly for his helmet up in the tree not 20 yards away. He had echoed his voice perfectly, but he didnt want to kill his target. His bow sang as his arrow went past senoske's head into the tree. He walked out into the open, putting his bow back on his back and putting away the arrows he had drawn.
"It is alright my friend, your not my target today. You come to join me on my hunt? Very well, but remember, the dragon is mine."

Occ: I dont know if you are allowed to say ceratain cuss words or not so if Im not allowed to do that then I will modify my post as soon as I get the message.
Sanoske realiseing the arrow fly by, sanoske becomes angry. " you *devil*, here catch these" Sanoske very quickly draws and throws 4 daggers at where I belive the mysterious person is and they hit the ground with a hard thud. I jump down from the tree. "I would life to join you but I dont know who Im talkin to and I dont see you." I put my hands behind my back on the handles of the last 2 daggers I have just in case. "do you wish to reveal yourself?"
Edit by Alexia: Seeing as this is a proboards site, you are not allowed to cuss too much, that B word you used could get us in trouble. No worries, though, I changed it to *dvil* and if you want to make it someting else, please feel free.

OCC: I thought the B word I used wouldn't beconsidered a cuss word. well thanx for tellin me. I hadn't noticed you where out in the open. Sanoske walks over to where he threw the daggers and picks them up. Sanoske wipes off the blades of the daggers and puts them back in their sheaths. so where are you headed? I kneel down and pick up an amor shard," so I did hit you?"

((Well it sort of it and it sort of isn't. I have my own proboards forum and we got a warning for using it, and I wouldn't be doing my job as RP mod or as a global mod if I let Piffy get in trouble. Don't worry though, you didn't know.))

Gildrad looked at senoske and said with a grim expression, "im headed Northwest, the dragon has left its trail of destruction, and I see smoke up ahead. Will you join me on my quest?"
He gets upon his horse and prepares to disembark, "I trust you have your own horse or some special ability, no man could have tracked and came upon me so quickly."
He rides off toward the smoke.

so you are headed northwest? yes I will join your quest. LOL, I wish I had a horse. I wouldnt call it a special ability but yes I do have some special abilitys. when the knight is out of my site I stan up and I look where I wanna go and I warp to another location near the smoke and I look around and I warp again and I'm almost near the smoke about 100 yards away. Sanoske stands up and said," man that can become tireing, I gotta wait for a minute." woundering if I passed the knight already or not.

Gildrad continued on, being sure to keep the horse at a good pace. She was a black horse, with a good snout. He kept her mane short so her hair wouldnt get caught in his mail. He suddenly saw from 250 yards sanoske, waiting. Indeed this was a fast being, perhaps the same as that Alexia? No matter. He approaches the smoke after passing sanoske.

I walk after Gilrad passes me and I spoke to gilrad," I thought maybe I went too far. so how far are we headed" sanoske said while walking behind the horse.

"We are heading toward that column of smoke up that way. I believe the dragon has just fed, or perhaps he attacked a village for lack of sheep."
Gildrad knew more about dragon behavior than most did. Dragons being mostly solitary creatures, tend to only flame anything if its provoked, or provoked and hungry. Either the villagers saw it approaching and attacked, or it did not find a food source and decided to destroy it in a fiery rage.
"Lets continue on quickly, the dragon must rest after it releases its fire!"
He starts to gallop toward the smoke, assured sanoske will be quickly behind.

when gilrads horse begins to run I watch for a moment and then said "oh". I warp again but this time I stay behind gilrads horse like a rubberband to a tree. I stop warping and I said out loud," why is it the more we travel the further away it gets?" I warp ten yards away in front of gilrads horse and I raise my hand motioning gilrad to stop. "We must look at our suroundings. What do you see? If you will notice we have passed that stone 5 times already, someone is playing a devil snare on us.

"Nonsense they are but what is left of the dragon's foes!", Gildrad said merrily.
Before a dragon eats, they drop their last meals, most of which come out as smooth round stone-like droppings.
"We must hurry sanoske were almost upon him!"
Gildrad comes to the clearing and surveys the village. Alls he could see was ash piled as high as 6 feet. This damage was unmistakebly that of the dragon. He rode his horse quietly into the square, being aware that the dragon must be resting, but where was it? He heard a low rumble followed by the sounds of leathery skin strecthing. In seconds he had his longbow out and 2 arrows ready for release.
"Sanoske where art thou?"
He saw something straight ahead to the left. It looked as if a strange water was being held up like a wall. He saw two large parts, going to a center and stretching foth into a....
"For My Brother!!"
The bow sang and two arrows sped toward the Dragon, nearly invisible by some water shield. His arrows bounded off, causing no harm to the Body which Gildrad had luckily devised was the Dragon's head. His suprise was spent, and the Great Beast waked in fiery glory, still invisible from its water shield but very much easily seen. It stared with great rage and exhastiun at the one who had found and awoken it from its slumber. It used its moment wisely and charged at Gildrad, who had already pulled his sword and was charging the legs to deal a blow to the Dragon's achilles tendon. He made a strike, narrowly missing and costing him his mount. The dragon had raised its leg and kicked him with his horse who both flew into the nearest pile fo ash, no doubt felled by the dragon when it was a village hut. He quickly arose and charged again knowing if he looked for his horse he would turn his back on the foul beast, a mistake even amatuer hunters never do. The Dragon came again Roaring with fantastic might and displaying its rage as smoke began to vent through its nostrils, Where Art Thou Sanoske!
