Hello,
I'm new to these forums, and I could use some advice from you experienced users.
Are there many people here?
I want to start a RPG contest, asking people two write RPG stories for a specific setting.
First prize: 500 USD. Second prize 300 USD. Third prize: 100 USD.
If this is acceptable that is.
My problem is to come up with categories after which the RPGs will be rated. My own suggestions are:
We should give 1-5 or 1-10 points for: 1. Number of pages 2. How interesting/exciting the story is. How fun you have playing it 3. How accurate it is with the setting. 4. Charatcers, what interesting NPCs were created for the story 5. The purpose of the story, why it happened... I’m not sure about this though 6. How many new ideas were invented for the story 7. How well the scenery was described, without focusing too much on it making it boring to read
Could anyone help me out here? What should I keep, remove or add???
What do you think of the money I'm offering? Is it a fair sum? Do you think people will join?
