I've started to learn Tai Chi, so far I have only done the warming up and down exercise and boy it was'nt as easy as I thought lol...I'm taking it easy as I'm soooo unfit but I'm enjoying it so far. Anyone else do or have tried Tai Chi?

I dont do Tai Chi. I do Jujutsu. Im especially skilled with a staff of a sword but I prefer to use hand to hand combat. It always works on the black people that wanna fight me. They do a gangsta version of fighting and I use the Chinese style, Hit them and dont get hit.

Nahh. I learned Ti Kwan Do. Had to give it up though use to always stay sick as a child from going to the do jo. Was cool though.
The best bet to solve problems. It's very easy. Keep the hispanics as friends. You ever need back up or think things will get out of hand just let your hispanic friend know. Him and all of his friends will come. I kid you not. That was my one trump card I had in high school. I never did lift a finger or anything. No one did anything for my own accord but yeah once I got there became friends with them all they tend to leave Me a lone. It's like having a gun and not even going there with it..but know it's there just on the off chance.

I thought I'd give it a go as its a slow movement form of exercise ( I have back trouble) but whoa! it hurts the muscles a lot more doing stuff slow than doing it at a quicker pace.... but I did like it so will stick at it I'd love to be able to do a whole set of movements from start to finish from memory so's I can to this by myself at home .
