8 oz thin slice beef 2 oz onions 2 oz mushroom 2 oz peppers cheddar cheese
egg roll sheets
Toss in a pan slice beef, onions, mushrooms, peppers. cook till the meat is cooked all the way though. (well) Then add the cheese on top then let it melt. Cool then place 2 oz of mix in the roll then you fry it in oil till golden brown.
