I am going to put up a recipe for a simple yet tasty turkey sandwich.
Preheat over to 285 Degress Farenheit.
The best bread to use is this stuff called Classic Ciabata, made by Ecce Panis, if you live near a Biggs you can get it there, but you can use most other white not precut loaf breads. it works well with sourdough bread. Anyway, cut about an 8 inch long slice and cut into it. Fold it out and place two slices of swiss cheese and some turkey on it. Before you put it in the oven, sprinkle some basil or irregano or something like that onto it. Place in the oven for 6 minutes. When you take it out, fold it back up and enjoy!
