Iron Maiden.
I've seen them in concert twice. They put on a great show, are lively, and keep the audience motivated. Also, Bruce's speeches rock!

Going by almost any criteria, I agree that Iron Maiden is one of the best. For me, they take it simply because of the fact that in more than 25 years, the only thing about their style that they changed was adding in Synth guitars experimentally, and it worked out. They've always stayed true and loyal to their fans. They stop their bus to give out autographs all the time. They rule, plain and simple.

I have to admit, I haven't been to many concerts. I've seen quite a few on the tv, dvd's, such. Not much can beat Pink Floyd performing Comfortably Numb live. Green Day live makes me want to jump around. Iron Maiden, in every sense of the word, rocks.
BUt I have never, EVER, seen anything like a Rammstein concert. I did not expect what I got. Its not just music when they play it, its a whole play. Every song has a story that they have to tell us. Everything they do on stage has something to do with the meaning in the song. Their concert blew me away, I've never been so impacted before.
Also, the fact that before Till was a vocalist, he was a basket weaver, blows my mind. Well, he was in a band, but he was a basket weaver. I'm astounded.
Of course, as soon as I watch The Wall again I'll be singing a different tune, no doubt...

The greatest band of all time , thats i tough one,but i will have to go with Duran Duran. They do it all. i mean all of it.Rock, rap, jazz, everything.Thats the kind of voice simon lebon has. A voice like that comes along once every 40 years, we were lucky to have two such voices in the past 26 years... Simon Lebon, and Freddy Mercury ... You all remember freddy rest in peace man, Queen he rocked, but he wasnt even close to the calibur as Simon is .Fan or not i would still think, he was the greatest voice of the past 25-30 years, even if i hated the group which i don't.You have to give credit where credit is due .

No actually. I didn't. Although I know he was the rocker. Which is great but very unlikly he'd win. They want pop not a rocker. Ohh and REALLLY old rock and roll. Jerry Lee Lewis Elvis Richie valens Big Bopper Buddy Holly

Jerry Lee Lewis Elvis Richie valens Big Bopper Buddy Holly Actually pop didn't even come close to winning this season....it came down to Country and Rock and they both were outstanding and pretty much guarantee a contract....it was a little bit country and a little bit rock and roll.....and its funny because when the two sang together they were fantastic...it was cool...
