I'm no writer but i have an idea that would make a great sci-fi novel in the spirit of chricton and H.G wells.
"In a desolate area. a Man frozen in ice is found. it shows he has been perfectly frozen for thousands of years. however he is actually from the distant future. Why has he gone back in time? what is he doing thousands of years in the past. how does this affect the present?"
what do you guys think of this idea for a nevol or movie???

I think that would be an interesting and cool idea. Why not give it a shot? The hardest part about writting is having the guts really to have these ideas and follow through and then to show.

Your idea is too short I need more of it to judge... Now serious, the man being from the future and not a superb superhuman from the past is a neat idea.

Yep I agree write it! The only person here that knows most about this and such is yourself. your the one with the idea. So go on. *S* come on and give it a try.
you sound like a writer to Me. All it is is taking one idea and connecting it with the first idea and so forth. That is all writting is. If this is your first time writting. Take your time. Try not to get all fancy with it. Just tell a tale. that is all. Just to see if you have the knack of telling a story. It's the advice of what Spieldburg has given to Matt Damon on the topic of directing. Honestly I think that is true in all cases of trying to tell a story. Just relax and tell it but not get all fancy.
