1 bag of packaged coleslaw 1 lb of ground beef or any other meat you wish 1 package of egg wraps (often found in produce) salt and pepper oil
First you boil the coleslaw. At the same time in a seperate pan you can ground the beef. Season it with salt and pepper or any other seasoning of your choice. when done, let cool.
Once your slaw and meat has cooled, you can begin wrapping. You take a table spoon of slaw and a table spoon of meat and place them on the wrap and the roll them. All you have to do is follow wrapping instruction on the wrapper. Once you are done...you can place them in the oil till light brown. Once light brown, place them on paper towels, so that any remaining oil will drain.
This recipe should make about 20 egg rolls. For best taste, eat with duck sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
