Forgive them, for the adulterers in charge know not what they do up there in Michigan. (Freep.com): In a ruling sure to make philandering spouses squirm, Michigan's second-highest court says that anyone involved in an extramarital fling can be prosecuted for first-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony punishable by up to life in prison. "We cannot help but question whether the Legislature actually intended the result we reach here today," Judge William Murphy wrote in November for a unanimous Court of Appeals panel, "but we are curtailed by the language of the statute from reaching any other conclusion."
"Technically," he added, "any time a person engages in sexual penetration in an adulterous relationship, he or she is guilty of CSC I," the most serious sexual assault charge in Michigan's criminal code
The irony is that the state Attorney General, Mike Cox, actually confessed to an adulterous relationship himself in 2005. The provision he triggered states that it is first-degree criminal sexual conduct if "sexual penetration occurs under circumstances involving the commission of any other felony."
No one actually expects prosecutors to declare open season on straying spouses, but they better watch out -- the fundies love to ensure enforcement of laws like this.
Wth? I found this on a blog and seems real. This is crazy! LMAO. OH this is going to be striken down by some court. If it doesn't then wow..that is crap. I'm sure conservatives are loving this one lol.

Makes people feel good. It's like the "porn laws" with the right amendments and all that for the internet? they are using porn as a way to get it passed. But, what they are not telling people is that only 10 percent of people are using American server space for Porn. And even if we did have say 50 percent of people who were american's using american servers....they would just go to England. Isn't anything they can do. Nothing really. Yes, they are american's but they are using England Server spaces. And, even if you did get England there is always another place in the world that will allow it. See.... it's like trying to get world's peace.

Hahahahaha! Only in America...* shakes head in disbelief* why is it that America (the land of the free) takes such pleasure in tying the hands of its own people behind thier backs with such stupid laws, it sometimes sounds as if the American people are not as free as we are lead to believe.

Our american leaders can make up some of the crazest laws, whats next? well we can't have sodomy laws. that was found unconstitutional lol. So I don't know. Here in Texas in Richardson you can sell you'r car. But while you can place a for sale sign on the car it just can't face a buisy street.

But you would want the sign to point to the busy street so that people will see it. Thats a crazy law.
