I am not sure if you al remember the Alaska student that was suspended from school in 2002 for holding up a sign that read "Bong Hits 4 Jesus" while the Olympic torch was passing through...Well, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the school board (after the 9th District Court of Appeals ruled unanimously in favor of the student), stating that even though the incident occurred outside of the school, it was a school-sponsored event and therefore qualified as school speech, and since it "promoted" the use of illegal drugs, it was not constitutionally protected speech. Clarence Thomas wrote a dangerous concurring opinion that students had no free speech whatsoever. How did he get to the Supreme Court, exactly? Do you agree with the courts ruling or do you think that the freedom of speech of these students was infringed upon? For more click HERE

LMFAO. Ohhhh that would definetly upset the more conservatives. I think it's funny and nothing more then a prank. Although, why the school would even think to back this is beyond me.
