"Zum's got a son now hasn't she? Once that boy's life is assured, hes is next in line. Once she has two heirs, you're off the hook compleatly and can do what you want. If I were in yuor osition, I'd simply urge her to get knocked up again."
*She said this with a straight face but it was meant to make her laugh.*

Izzy choked slightly at the last line and then shook her head. "In our country, it doesn't work that way. Bascially, the brat's not eligible for heir until he's eighteen. Thusly, until that day comes seventeen years from now, I'm heir. It kind of sucks, though I don't want someone to walk all over my nephew if something happens to Sister."

"Totally understandable. Though I'd still encourage her to try for that neice anyways, haa haa. So stay away but in touch with certian people. If something happens to Zumi, make sure that there is someone who can tell you right away, then jsut go home and instead of being queen, simply become regint, ruling in his stead until he is of age.
In Corrigon it is the first born girl. A matriarchy, a queendome, king hasn't the kind of power he does in other lands...and in the royal family, when the heiress married, her husband takes her name. Briar has been a ruleing name for centuries. And the heirs take the thron on their wedding day. So when I get married that day will also be my corrination."

"In our country the first born whoever is heir and then it goes down in that order. Actually, even after he's of age, I'm still the heir unless I pass it on to him, which I of course will do I'm sure.
"When a family dies out, there is a struggle typically to find a new leader, but normally a family with several children and fair judgement takes over. We've had some eccentric monarchs, but we've never had any that were bad to our people or unjust." She smiled at this.

"Ah, see, I think she told me that once. Ah well. Hey here is an idea. Instead of going home after you finish the lymerids mission, come to Corrigon. You'd be welcome there especially after helping to recover Che Bear. You can stay with us in the castle, you wouldn't be required to atend anything formal unless you chose. And our magick instructors can teach you to use your magick...or another idea..HA!
Come to Corrigon, but attend Francheska Academy. A school funded by Alexia to teach magick and other arts. They could help you to evolve your magick too. OhI would LOVE to have you close by in Corrigon!"

Izzy had a momentary vision of herself in a short schoolgirl skirt with the wind blowing and made a face, and then she laughed.
"All right. Besides, I can only figure so much out so much. What I did figure out is that if I think about what I want to happen, and I concentrate with my heart and mind, I can make it happen to varying degrees of sucess, but I really have to think about it, and there's no control whatsoever."

"Well coolio. As for what you're saying, its all bout you're will If you will it, it will happen."
"If you will it? What are you talking about?"
*Che entered looking like the vomite she'd thrown up last night. Sage handed her a cup of black coffee.*
"Are you ...ow....my head...are you giving her magick lessons?"
"Our instructors taught us that will thing." Sage explained to Izzy. "No, just a tip is all." This was said to Che

Walking over to Che, Izzy asked, "Are you feeling okay?"She looked her over and said, "Obviously not."
Then she took a bit of drink from nearby, put something into it and gave it to Che. "Drink this, it'll instantly make you feel better, and no it ISN'T poison."

*Che looked at Sage warly.*
"What?" Sage said affended. "I havn't touched it!"
"The last time I was offered something like that, I ended up drinking spiked punch. I was drunk agian."
*Che told Izzy, but took it anyway.*
"Yeah well that was Van that did I, I just mixed the stuff." Sage huffed.

"Well what I just gave you is a drink from the north country which takes away hangovers quickly. They also have a way to clean up vomit and get rid of the smell quickly too." She laughed. "They're big on drinking up there. A lot of drinks that come imported are all from up there except for seweed wine and camel ale."

"Che, yeah I knew they had a way, we have it at home, but the game in our family is to figure it out for ourselves. Yeah wow, this really works. Thanks!"
*She yawned and fixed herself two plates identicle to the ones Sage had eaten earlier. Actualyl Sage was on her third plate, sililar to her second, but lacking eggs and with twice as much of everything else.*

Izzy stared at their food and poured herself another cup of coffee. Cafinee had no effect on her. It made her sister fall asleep and other members of their family buzz for days, but she had no effect. All it did was calm her down with the bitter taste and warmth.
Perching on a chair across from them, she sipped it as she watched them curiously. She rather liked both sisters very much, and wasn't sure when that had happened. At first, she'd rebelled against Sage and then she'd thought Che a brat, but now she cherished her friendhsip with both.
Quietly she sipped her coffee and kept her thoughts to herself, though she wondered if they didn't know it anyway. They seemed to know things she herself wasn't even sure of.

*Sage was dishing up another plate when she noticed Izzy watching them.*
"I bet you are wondering how we can eat so much and be so thin looking, arn't you?"

"No, I was wondering how you can eat breakfast at all. Everything tastes like cardboard when I get up. I don't give a nuts about weight."

*It was Che who laughed and replied because Sage was stuffin her face agian*
"Breakfast is an event in our home. We spend like three or four hours sitting around, tlaking and eating. Is fun...and we all stuff our faces. I swear not one member of our family is ever full. Sagie Loves breakfast food at any time of day toof or some reason."
