Haven of the Forest Goddess

For thousands of years it had remained hidden...the realm of the forest goddess. Inside, beasts of enourmous size, the gaurdains, procected and watched over its residents. Elves, spirits, faeries, demons, and creatures alike all worked together to keep their last home safe. The humans have remained unaware of this land, lost in their ancient legends that are only the fairytales of today. Until now.....

It was the dragons first. A group of human explorers came across the boundary of our haven, and tried to break though the magic that protected us. The dragons delt with them, but not before sightings leaking though something called the Internet. Soon, thousands were coming, trying to find us. It was then we had to ask for the aid of the Forest Goddess.

She is the one who created this place for us, made the powerful barriers to sheild us. But she is missing, we cannot find her anywhere. All information points to the humans. They must have taken her from us, knowing of her power or not. We must retrive the sleeping goddess, but she could be anywhere. All we know is that she is trapped in the form of a human child.

Our magic is weakening, we don't have much time. We have sent our children, our precious children, to find the Forest Goddess. They are the only ones who can sense her, and she is the only one who can save us. They must band together against the humans who wish to destroy us, and find aid in the humans if possible. If the humans find us, we can only imangine the kind of death that awaits us. Time is running out. The seal is breaking.

This is a fantasy RPG, where you can be any fantasy race that you know of. Angel, Vampire, Spirit, Ghoul, Demon, whatever floats your boat. Even a human, though I ask, that they don't know of the Haven. It adds more of a shocker. But they can know if you want.

Please post if you wish to join, so we can sorta set up a setting. This can take place anywhere in the world, and the Haven is actually hidden undergound, but in the Amazon.
